Our goal is to make visitors to our schools and district officefeel welcomed as important guests.

When you interact with our employees you can expect:

• Friendliness: Our customers will be greeted and acknowledged promptly. Our customers questions or concerns are important.
• Fairness: Our employees will treat all customers justly and impartially.
  
• Professionalism:  Our employees interact with our customers with a high degree of respect.
• Options and alternatives: If we are unable to resolve a customer's issue, we will help you to find an alternative method of resolution.
• Information: We want to be able to provide our customers with the necessary information, in a timely manner. We are available to explain school policies and procedures or direct you to someone who can provide you the correct information.
