Residents (Kindergarten - 8th Grade)
Parents/guardians residing within the Loomis Union School District attendance boundary and wishing to enroll a child in their "home school" may visit their home school office for registration assistance. Registration packets are available below to be downloaded and completed prior to visiting the school office.  Please select the grade appropriate registration packet.  The cover page of each registration packet will guide you through all of the required forms necessary for enrollment in our schools.  If you need assistance in determining your home school, please reference the Address Listing tab to the right.
 

Residents (Transitional Kindergarten)

Parents/guardians residing within the Loomis Union School District attendance boundary and wishing to enroll a child in Transitional Kindergarten must ensure that the student meets the TK age eligibility requirement, complete a TK Registration Packet and submit a complete packet to our district office
 
Please note:  Transitional Kindergarten is not offered at all Loomis District Schools and placement for eligible students will be made based on space availability.

Affidavit of Residency Form
 
The Affidavit of Residency Form is used for families that reside in our attendance boundary and are unable to provide the Proof of Residency documents outlined on the enrollment packet cover page. Please provide the complete enrollment packet and  Affidavit of Residency Form to our district office for processing.   If you assistance in completing the form call our district office at (916) 652-1800.
