NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
[Ed. Code section 17211 Site Selection Hearing]
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Loomis Union School District (“District”) will hold a public hearing on the suitability of real property for use as a potential future school site, pursuant to the requirements of California Education Code section 17211. The property to be evaluated consists of approximately 12.1 acres, located along and southwest of Sierra College Boulevard and west of Bankhead Road, in the Town of Loomis, County of Placer.
The hearing will be held at the H. Clarke Powers Elementary School Library located at 3296 Humphrey Road, Loomis at 5:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on March 13, 2024. Members of the public are invited to participate in the hearing, including by offering public comments at the hearing, submitting written comments in advance, or by simply attending.
