Superintendent's Corner

As we head into the 2009-2010 school year, we are keeping our eye on the unraveling budget crises in California. The actions or inaction of the State legislature affects our district in a significant way! The year that lies ahead will be considered 1 in 100 in regards to the fiscal challenges being thrown our way. I would encourage you to read our LUSD Points of Pride. This reflects the "uniqueness" of schools and the educational program in the Loomis basin. These Points of Pride will help define our values as we head into a year where crucial decisions will be forthcoming.
