Home and Hospital

 

Home hospital instruction is provided to students who are unable to attend school due to a temporary health condition or disability. Instruction is provided by the school district in either the home or hospital during the duration of the student's temporary health condition. 

 

In order to be eligible for home hospital instruction, the student's physician must provide the school district with a letter stating the health reason and that the student requires home and hospital instruction if he/she would be out of school for 4 weeks or more.
