Use of District Facilities
Organizations interested in the use of facilities in the Loomis Union School District are welcome review the Schedule of Facilities Use Fees and to complete the Use of Facilities Form below. The completed form must be submitted to the district office located at 3290 Humphrey Road.
Livescan Volunteer Process
Individuals wishing to volunteer within the Loomis Union School District must complete the process below. Please plan ahead for field trips and allow 5-7 days for processing.
Athletic Coach Application Packet
Individuals interested in coaching a sport for the Loomis Basin Athletic League (LBAL) must complete the packet below. Packets must be turned in to Rhonda Clephane in our district office at 3290 Humphrey Road. Questions can be directed to Rhonda at (916) 652-1811 x118
Volunteer Personal Vehicle Use Permission Form
Individuals planning to use their personal vehicle for transporting materials or students to school related activities must complete the form below and return it to the District Office at 3290 Humphrey Road. Please plan ahead and allow 5-7 days for processing.
