Interdistrict Transfer Process
Interdistrict Transfer Requests (into the Loomis Union School District) TK - 8th Grade
If you reside outside of the Loomis Union School District attendance boundary and wish for your child to attend one of our district's seven schools, please visit the district office of your home district and obtain a signed Interdistrict Transfer Release Form. A signed Interdistrict Transfer Release Form should be submitted along with a Loomis Union School District Registration Packet to our district office for processing.
Please note: Registration at Loomis Basin Charter School is processed through their school office and an Interdistrict Transfer Request from your home district is not required for non Loomis residents. No Interdistrict applications will be accepted for the 2024-25 school year after November 22nd. Open enrollment for the 2025-26 school year will be from March 3rd-31st. Applications received after March 31st will be processed on a first come first serve basis. Please see the open enrollment information tab for more information.
