Medical Exemption from Immunizations
 
Beginning January 1, 2021 medical exemptions from immunizations (permanent or temporary) can only be issued through the California Immunization Registry - Medical Exemption website CAIR-ME by physicians licensed in California.  Please review the document below for more information on the process.
