Current Opportunities:

LUSD is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified firms to
provide:

• Bond Program Support – Be a strategic Financial advisory partner related to the planning, structuring, issuance, and management of a school bond.
• Capital Facilities Planning Support – As requested, provide Financial planning services for facilities projects and activities.
• Debt Management, Financing Strategies, and Compliance – As requested, evaluate and advise on all financing option

The selected consultant will assist the District in identifying and achieving cost-effective financing, maintaining transparency, and ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.

All bids are due Monday, October 20, 2025.
